Terms of Service
* Artist has the right to refuse any commission without needing to provide an explanation.* Product will be delivered digitally.* Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.* Once a sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the Artist continues working. At this point, the commission may not be cancelled and refunds may not be granted unless issued by the Artist.* Pieces may take 1-2 weeks to complete. Customer will receive frequent updates and work in progress of the artwork. Customer is welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile.* Commissioned art is mainly for personal use only. Art for personal use may be used as profile pictures banners, etc. but may not be used for profit.* Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI related technology.* Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology.
